GAP-2 — Descriptor schema: converge served descriptors on the six required fields; never fork the schema

Motivation

The specification's discovery descriptor (GAA-SITE-1) had grown two shapes in the field: an entity descriptor with six required fields, and a served site descriptor that carried its own blocks without them. Two shapes for the same record is how authority leaks — a checker validating one shape silently passes the other. A site is an entity; its served descriptor is a projection of the same record, and there is exactly one schema.

Specification delta

• The six required descriptor fields — entity_id · standard_version · conformance · verify_url · chain_anchor · issued_at — are defined once, in the machine-readable descriptor schema that accompanies GAA-SITE-1's descriptor clause.
• A served site descriptor adds the six fields additively — existing site blocks are kept, nothing is forked into a second schema.
• Folding the six-field list into the §9 specification text itself is queued for a future edition through this same process; until then the schema rules are the machine-checkable source and this GAP is the record that the convergence is deliberate.

Ruled at the steward's review seat on 2026-07-26: converge the served descriptor, never fork the schema. Executed on 2026-07-30 in the founder's reference implementation — its served descriptor now carries the six fields additively, confirmed against the live schema rules.
